From Ajmer's sweet legacy to refined French pastries at Camiano Patisserie.
Founder’s Introduction
Rooted in the rich culinary culture of Ajmer, Rajasthan, I come from a family of chefs and sweet makers. My grandfather founded Mamta Misthan Bhandar in 1980, a humble sweet shop that grew into a beloved local brand under my father’s vision. Growing up in this environment, I found my passion early—experimenting with sweets and baking from the age of 13.
Fascinated by the science and art of baking, especially French patisserie, I pursued formal training at the Academy of Pastry Arts, Bangalore, where I had the privilege of learning under renowned chefs like Chef Mukesh Rawat and Chef Raghu.
What began as a childhood curiosity has now evolved into Camiano Patisserie—a space where classic techniques meet modern craftsmanship, right in the heart of Jaipur.
